Crypto vs. The Stock Market: Which One Is Better for 2022

This is the great debate on everyone's minds!

With crypto and stocks both having a terrible start to the new year, many of you have been asking us where we are putting our money in 2022.

The answer is not as straight forward as you may think.

If we had to pick one we'd likely pick crypto as we think the general stock market could be extremely rocky for the first half of the year.

And while crypto is likely to be rocky as well, there has been recent trends suggesting that a rise in interest rates could be good for crypto as crypto over the last year has followed the rise and fall of interest rates lock step (see the graph below which overlaps the two).

But there are certain sectors of the S&P 500 that we do like. So if we're answering the question crypto or the stock market, we're picking crypto.

But picking the right crypto and right sector is more important than ever.
